Flying Fox Bat

 

 

 

 

 

 

The flying fox bats colors are grayish yellow, or black.  Their size is 16 inches and they weigh 2 to 3 pounds.  The wing span is over five feet.  They are called Flying Fox bat because there head looks like a fox.     

The flying fox bat lives in Pakistan, India, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhuter, Burmas, Srilinka.  They live in swamps and small coastal islands. They live on branches of trees. 

The flying Fox Bat breeds twice a year.  They have their babies in spring and monsoon.  The babies are born alive and with there eyes open.                 

When a predator comes after the Flying Fox Bat it just flies away.
