Snowy Owl
 

The snowy owl is one of the few birds to live in the Arctic.  The snowy owl is one of the kinds of owls that hunts in the day and NOT at night.  Most of all the different kinds of owls are nocturnal, which means they sleep in the daytime and hunt at night time.  Unfortunately, in the Arctic the sun stays out all summer.
